Do I need to be fully plant-based?

No, you don't have to be 100% plant-based. The focus is adding more foods that support

weight loss and healthier blood pressure, without forcing a complete lifestyle overhaul.

 Will this work if nothing else has worked for me?

Most women spend about 20-30 minutes a day.

Meals are kept simple, and we focus on routines you can

What if I have a busy schedule or work long shifts?
